The average shipping time for most countries in the world is 14 days. To be more concise, we made a shipping time estimation:

Once you placed your order, you will receive a conformation. From that moment on you will get notified about your order at each of the following moment in the shipping proces:
- Once your order information is received and offered to the courier company in the country of destination
- When your order has entered the country of destination and is on it’s way to the local courier company warehouse, where it will be prepared for delivery
- When your order is ready for delivery
- Once your order is delivered
By this way we try to be as transparant as possible and make sure you are ware of your order location at all times.
Return & Refund Policy
We make use of a no hassle return policy. This means you can return any item with absolutely no explanation, as long as the items and packaging are returned in perfect condition. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days after you received it.
Once your return is received properly, we will notify you. If the items are approved, we will make sure that you will receive your refund on the original method of payment, within 14 days.
