Your order will be directly shipped from our manufacturer to your address of preference, instead of trough a wholesaler or direct stock. By this way we save tremendously on storage, shipping and distribution costs and can furthermore ensure you:

Shipping Time

The average shipping time for most countries in the world is 14 days. To be more concise, we made a shipping time estimation:

U.S.A and Canada | 5-20 days
Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Austria | 7-20 days
Scandinavia | 8-22 days
Rest of Europe | 10-25 days
China, Japan, Hong-Kong, South-Korea and Singapore | 10-20 days
Australia and New Zealand | 10-20 days
Brazil and Chile | 10-35 days
Rest of the world | 10-25 days

Tracking

Once you placed your order, you will receive a conformation. From that moment on you will get notified about your order at each of the following moment in the shipping proces:

  • Once your order information is received and offered to the courier company in the country of destination
  • When your order has entered the country of destination and is on it’s way to the local courier company warehouse, where it will be prepared for delivery
  • When your order is ready for delivery
  • Once your order is delivered

By this way we try to be as transparant as possible and make sure you are ware of your order location at all times.

Return & Refund Policy

No Hassle return policy

We make use of a no hassle return policy. This means you can return any item with absolutely no explanation, as long as the items and packaging are returned in perfect condition. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days after you received it. 

Once your return is received properly, we will notify you. If the items are approved, we will make sure that you will receive your refund on the original method of payment, within 14 days

Some items are missing in my received order, what now?

For shipping optimization purposes, orders are occasionally shipped seperately and will, most of the time, arrive in a seperate package the same day.

My garment is damaged, what now?

If your garment is damaged, you are ofcourse eligible for our warranty. Please contact us at info@elev8-avenue.com.

Warranty
  • Our warranty includes full covering and credit retournations on any damaged or dislocated items.
  • Abuse or negligent treatment of items is not covered under warranty
